I look forward to welcoming you into my space. Final Payment Finally payments, cash is highly recommended. Thank you in advance. Lash Fill Policy Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks with at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining. Anything beyond 3 weeks will be considered a full set. Lashes must be clean, well-maintained, and in good condition. If your lashes are dirty, damaged, or have poor retention, a removal and full set will be required. Please note: I do not accept foreign fills (lash work done by another artist). If you currently have lashes from another artist, please book a removal + full set to begin fresh. If you’re unsure whether you qualify for a fill, feel free to contact me ahead of time so I can properly adjust your appointment. Arriving for a fill when a full set is needed may result in forfeiting your deposit and a need to reschedule. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me to give you the best possible service 🤎 Appointment Prep Please arrive with clean lashes, no eye makeup, no glue (from strips or clusters), no contact lenses, and avoid caffeine at least 3 hours prior to your appointment. For full sets, please arrive with no existing lash extensions. If you currently have lashes, you’ll need to book a removal + full set to ensure optimal results and lash health. Dress comfortably, avoid high buns, and feel free to bring EarPods or headphones if you’d like to listen to music or relax during your service. To maintain a calm, relaxing environment and ensure the highest level of precision, phones must remain on silent and unused during your appointment. Because your eyes will be closed for the duration of the service, minimizing distractions allows me to focus fully on delivering safe, detailed, and high-quality results while preserving a peaceful experience for you. Cancellation Policy

Life happens, I totally understand. I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Last-minute changes (less than 48 hours) will result in a forfeited deposit. You're welcome to reschedule one time per appointment, so please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up. Thank you so much for your support and understanding. No-Show Policy A deposit is required for all bookings ($50 for fills & $100 for full sets) and will be applied toward your service only if the appointment is completed. Deposits are non-refundable. • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a no-show. • No-Shows: If you no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. • Late Cancellations (less than 48 hrs): Deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. By booking, you agree to these terms. DEPOSIT POLICY All deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits cannot be transferred or applied to future bookings if proper notice is not given.
